COCO is a coworking community with five locations and we are seeking an enthusiastic individual for the Community Manager role in our West Loop, Chicago location.
The core responsibility of the Community Manager is to lead members and guests toward inspired productivity by ensuring that the COCO West Loop space is running smoothly and the energy is positive. This role demands hospitality, customer service, flexibility, mobility and organization.
The ideal Community Manager is energetic, positive, and approachable and enjoys being the go-to person for member questions and needs, all while physically covering the location. You must be reliable, responsible, and have a friendly but professional demeanor.
